Planning of a solar system
In order to use solar energy as efficiently as possible, the collector field should be specified in a most favorable position. That means: Adjustment to the south (adjustment northward in the Southern Hemisphere) and without shadings by trees or neighbourhood buildings.

The optimal setting up place of the solar storage is as close as possible with the collector. The solar plant can be set up both and compact roof central heating installation for smaller households or as to cellar plant for multi-family houses.

The size of the collector surfaces depends on the number of persons living in the house. For the hot water tank should be taken into account 40 to 60 litres storage contents per person.

A simple principle for large comfort
A solar plant works in principle like a hose lying in the sun. In the solar heat collector (1) first a special carrier liquid (2) is warmed up by the sun exposure and led from a circulation pump to the hot water tank (3). Over a heat exchanger the carrier liquid delivers its warmth to the drinking water in the hot water tank and is led back to the collector. 

If due to bad weather there shall not be enough solar yield, the energy gap can be closed via a boiler connected to the second heat exchanger in the storage (4). Thus you enjoy at any time unrestricted warmth and warm water comfort - environmentally conscious and economical.
