Planning of a solar system


In order to use solar energy as efficiently as possible, the collector field must be correctly positioned. It must point towards the southern hemisphere without being overshadowed by trees or neighbourhood buildings.

The optimal location for a solar storage tank is as close as possible to the collector. The solar installation can be set implemented for smaller households, as well as for multi-family houses.

The size of the collector surfaces is dependent on the number of persons living in the house. Estimated water usage is up 60 litres per person.

This is how a solar installation works


A simple principle for great deal of comfort
A solar installation works in principle like a hose pipe lying in the sun. In the solar heat collector (1) first a special carrier liquid (2) is warmed up by the sun and this is then transported using a circulation pump to the hot water tank (3). Over a heat exchanger the carrier liquid then delivers its warmth to the drinking water in the hot water tank, which is then fed back to the collector. 

Should bad weather lead to poor solar yield, the solar system can be supported via an additional condensing boiler (4). This enables you to enjoy unrestricted, environmentally-friendly warmth and warm water comfort.
